• All rentals are subject to compliance with the conditions of license. All thrifty customers now have the option to obtain rental agreements and return receipts electronically. This means faster pickup/drop times and less paper. Remember to indicate your e-mail address when you make your next booking. Be careful not to violate your car rental agreement by driving while intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance, allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle, leaving windows, doors or trunk unlocked, or leaving keys in the ignition when parked. If the agreement is violated, it invalidates the waiver. Be sure to familiarize yourself with all the terms of the lease. 15.2 If the rent is terminated as described in clause 15.1: (a) the rental term ends and you must return the vehicle immediately; (b) We may also take possession of the vehicle immediately and, for this purpose, you authorize us to enter and enter your premises to regain possession of the vehicle without the use of inappropriate force or causing damage; (c) you must pay and we may charge you all amounts due under the Rental Agreement, including all amounts referred to in clause 5.4 and all charges related to late payments, as set out in clause 5.26; and (d) the Rental Agreement and all of our rights under the Rental Agreement will, if not, remain in full force and effect. 2.1 If you make a rental reservation, we will endeavour, subject to availability, to provide a vehicle of the desired vehicle category as well as additional equipment. • The daily fee is $13.99 per day, maximum $98.00 per rent, plus taxes and fees. 9.7 If the delivered vehicle, accessory or equipment is not in the condition in which it was delivered on return (subject to reasonable wear and tear), we may charge you a fee and you will be required to pay all other reasonable costs necessary to return the vehicle and all delivered devices in the same condition, in which they were at the beginning of the rental.

Thrifty Charge Account Account 12.11 If we have an agreement with a Thrifty Charge Account Holder for claims under this Lease Agreement that are debited from the Thrifty Charge Account, all fees charged, payable or refunded in this Section 12 shall be charged, payable and refunded to the Thrifty Charge Account Holder. . . .
